purchased a Tineco Vacuum (top of the line, over $1,100 Vacuum) from a Godfrey's store approx 2 years ago, since purchasing this there have been ongoing issues with it from compartments breaking, numerous clips breaking (multiple times, even after repairs) as well as major issues such as a faulty motor. I have been back and forth with their "customer service" team who by far, is the worst "customer service" experience I have ever had. They do not take accountability or responsibility for their faulty machines despite "consumer guarantees" they are rude, condescending and do have no empathy or care for customers who are going the ones facing these frustrating situations. I have reported Godfrey's to the ACCC as they refuse to support their customers and uphold their requirements under consumer law. Again, save yourself the time, hassle and stress and NEVER purchase from Godfreys

Needed vacuum cleaner bags and the saleman looked up what size I would buy. Good friendly helpful service. Well set out store with a good range of cleaning items

Went in, described my needs and the lovely salesman showed me a few items. Thankfully he didn't try to sell me premium items, or additional ones. Good after-sales service. Still, an expensive item that will hopefully last the test of time....

I did want to have a look at a steam mop though. The sales guy was good in that he didn't try to tell us the cheaper brands were bad and that we had to go with the more expensive ones. I like it when people are honest enough in their day job not to have to dupe the consumer. Anyway, long story short, I bought the steam mop

The salesman was extremely helpful, he knew is product knowledge. we were able to get the best carpet cleaner for our needs with his advice and was willing to through in an extra item when asked.
