I purchase a 2023 Mazda in January 2024. The vehicle is amazing and I could not have been happier.
I took my Mazda in for its 1st service on the 13/2/2024. The day looked quite bleak, when it was time to collect my car it had a lot of hail damage which broke my heart.
Mazda took no responsibility for this even though there was lots of warning that the storm was coming.
I did believe that they had a duty of care to ensure that their customer’s vehicles were safe whilst with them however this was not the case.

I recently had the misfortune of encountering Robert Howlett at Mazda. While I expected a professional experience, Robert took it upon himself to exploit my personal mobile number and send inappropriate messages, thinking it was appropriate to ask me out on a date. How charming.

It's abundantly clear that Robert lacks any understanding of professional boundaries, ethics, or basic decency. His creepy actions left me feeling violated and utterly disgusted. Needless to say, I won't be setting foot in that dealership ever again.

Consider this a warning to others: if you value your privacy and expect respectful treatment, steer clear of Mazda and their employee Robert Howlett. It's a shame that such unprofessional behavior tarnishes the reputation of the entire dealership. As for Robert, he should brush up on what it means to be a professional and leave his personal agenda at the door.

Reported his behavior? You bet. Let's hope the appropriate authorities take notice and put an end to this disturbing conduct.

Oh, let me regale you with the charming tale of Robert Howlett from Mazda. Picture this: I hand over my personal mobile number, expecting responsible communication about my vehicle. But oh no, Robert had other plans. He decided it was the perfect opportunity to transform into a sleazy Casanova and bombard me with inappropriate texts, asking me out on a date. Bravo, Robert, bravo.

I must say, his audacity knows no bounds. Who needs professional boundaries when you can pester customers with unwanted advances, right? Clearly, Mazda's screening process for employees lacks a crucial "don't be a creepy stalker" checkmark.

Needless to say, I won't be gracing that dealership with my presence ever again. Robert's unprofessionalism and complete disregard for ethics have sealed the deal. Bravo, Robert, you've successfully pushed away a customer for life.

But fear not, dear readers. If you enjoy having your personal information mishandled and being subjected to cringeworthy attempts at romance, then by all means, visit Mazda and ask for Robert Howlett. He's the epitome of unprofessionalism, making every interaction an uncomfortably creepy experience.

I've already reported this incident, because let's be honest, the world deserves to know about Robert's questionable behavior. Maybe, just maybe, someone will step in and prevent him from transforming innocent car shopping into an episode of a bad reality dating show.

So, heed my cautionary tale and avoid Mazda like the plague, unless you have a hankering for unprofessionalism and a side of awkward advances. As for Robert, well, he should probably take a crash course in proper behavior and leave his dating escapades for a different arena.

The team and Gary Warren Mazda Mulgrave have been amazing. Coming from interstate and having a major malfunction with the motor the guys sorted it out with professional and ease. They kept us informed every step of the way and can’t recommend them enough.

We purchased our beautiful new Mazda CX-30 (G25 Touring) in June 2021 from Garry & Warren Smith Mazda in Mulgrave . Simon and Salve provided excellent service and resolved any queries we had. We are delighted with the CX-30 for its eye- catching design, performance, sleek interior and amazing safety features. Great small SUV and peace of mind warranty.

Purchased a Mazda CX3 during late 2015, with normal 3 year warranty. Found an air conditioning condenser leak late 2020 and GWS replaced the item at no charge. The whole experience was no fuss/no hassle.

Thanks to GWS and Mazda Aust. for the prompt action.

Uday was the salesman that assisted me and he was outstanding from reception to delivery. I purchased a 2020 Mazda from him; he went above and beyond to help me with my enquiry and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I like to compare prices and he gave me a rate that was excellent! He was helpful and his turnaround time is very quick in terms of feedback. I highly recommend him and his assistance if you are on the market for a Mazda.

Purchased my new Mazda 3 sport from here 2 years ago. The purchase transaction proceeded quite smoothly. I was very chuffed to see it on display with balloons attached when I went to pick it up.
They are always very welcoming if I have questions about how my car works, including re-programming my blue tooth and updating my GPS navigation. When the car is serviced they thoroughly clean it much better than I am able to myself. The only difficulty I had was trying to book my car in for a service last time - no-one responded to messages left or my internet request for a booking time. However they more than made up for this on the day of service by servicing my car very promptly, explaining the service options in details and giving me a small discount due to the difficulty I had in booking it in. Thank you Mazda.

I don't recommend the service side of GWS, the service manager is very unhelpful made us feel like we dont know what we are talking about, got lies after lies, my car went back 8 times every time to get "no fault found" check the manual they even Put a bookmark on the pages, how rude!! went for a second opinion at another dealership fault has been found and its getting fixed next week.

I highly recommend Garry and Warren Smith Mazda for their professionalism when looking after my motoring needs. We purchased our new Mazda 3 SP25 GT sedan earlier this year and couldn't be happier with it. Our salesperson, Steve, helped make the sales process an absolute breeze. A couple of friends of mine also drive Mazdas and have commented on the excellent customer service provided by the Service Department. I can rest assured my car will be in good hands with the staff at Garry and Warren Smith Mazda.
