If you're petrified of the dentist then Albert Square Dental is for you! From the minute you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome! I recently had a check-up after 7 years of avoiding dentists, and can safely say Dr. Tina and the entire team were caring, sincere and professional. My experience was so positive I opted to return for Zoom Whitening. I am extremely happy with the result, even receiving a follow up call the next day to see how I was getting on! Cannot recommend this practice enough, for service, quality and cost.

Chipped a tooth and these guys were able to help. The friendliest dental reception staff I have every experienced ! I did have some problems with the filling but the follow up support has been great and the problem being fixed. Whilst I am not looking forward to going back ( who does!), I do feel I have found a good dentist !

All the staff was very friendly, open and extremely helpful. I left the office with a confident smile on my face, even though I hadn't been to the dentist in over 5 years. Have already recommended to 2 of my friends! Thanks everyone! Will definitely be back. Gina.

Hi, I attended the practice to have an emergency filling. I was able to get a quick appointment and was attended to promptly with minimal waiting. For a start the place feels like a day spa and not a dentist. It smells great which is the first positive I got. Usually there is a sort of formalin smell which insights fear through my whole body when I go to the Dentist. Instead I felt like I was going for a facial. The music was upbeat instead of elevator music and the staff were lovely girls with white smiles eager to help. I even got a show bag of goodies as I left . Oh and the TV is on the ceiling which shows the customer comes first as you are the one lying in the chair. Very modern, slick, efficient, fast , swiped my medibank card to make it easier. All fabulous except the parking ticket I got for being a few minutes over the time.

normally i'm alittle afraid of the dentist. but i would the experience great. I'll getting all my check up's here. However remember to take a few $$$ for parking it's a little costly

My FIRST and LASTING impression is WOW !!!!

My first regret is that I have ONLY just discovered this truly amazing clinic! My second regret is that I read the other client testimonies first, and they have "stolen" ALL my superlative adjectives! I totally and completely agree with each and every word.
I visited this Dental Clinic as a result of a recommendation of a friend. My visit was one of emergency, as I thought I had an abscess.

My welcome was quite extraordinary! I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness the moment I stepped through the front door. Even offered a drink!
I have NEVER had such a genuine, professional and exceptionally friendly experience as when I had an initial consultation with the delightful Practice Manager, who took great care to explain their philosophy and treatment.

When I met Dr. John I was immediately at ease and reassured with his calm and detailed explanation of my dental situation. The care and consideration shown to me was quite simply wonderful. The pain that I thought was an abscess was due to a sinus infection.

NOW, here is a VITAL difference to any other dental experience!!!
I told Dr. John that my previous dentist was expecting me to return to him for 2 crowns and a bridge, and I had been quoted $6,000.
Dr. John examined and ex-rayed my teeth deemed to require this extensive and expensive treatment, and reported that they are in excellent order, and there is no necessity for any of this dental treatment.......

Truly, this honesty and integrity speaks volumes, and I really treasure having discovered this remarkable dentist, and all the excellent staff at Albert Square Dental.

I have just attended your clinic for a clean and with the intention of considering teeth whitening. I was so impressed with every aspect of your clinic. Upon entry I was welcomed by the patient care coordinator who was very attentive and warm and very obliging. She assisted me with teeth whitening systems and even contacted my health fund to check what rebate I was entitled to. She is an absolute asset to your clinic. The dental technician was wonderful with the clean and very gentle. I have made another appointment for laser teeth whitening next week. I have never attended a clinic that is as professional and welcoming as Albert Square Dental and I will be telling all my friends. Thank you. I didn't think I would ever consider my visit to the dentist so pleasurable! I cant wait to return and have my teeth looking white and shiny! Your people are your asset! Well done.

The most amazing, relaxing dental experience of my life. I came for a free consultation about teeth whitening and also invisalign (clear braces) and I was treated with courtesy and enthusiasm. So rare to walk in and be greeted by name and also offered a tea. Candles smelt delish (coconut and lime) and it did by resemble any other dental practice inhad been too. The consultation was fantastic and I was explained all my options without the pushiness you might expect. No question was too silly and i will definitely be proceeding with my treatment! I know how stressful it can be to choose a dentist you can trust but this practice really care and know their stuff!! Highly highly recommend- 5 Stars!
