Can't go past a crocodile pie from Freddo's! Now that the highway doesn't go by there anymore it is good that you can still get a Freddo's pie in some other venues. Love the place!

Awesome selection of pies and some really unique ones. Worth a detour off the new highway to stop by for lunch or dinner

Used to love stopping here. Beautiful pies huge range. Still worth detouring of the expressway for a stopover. Pies are delicious

We ordered steak Dianne pie and bacon pie, really disappointed. Myn was stone cold, I couldn't eat it. My mates Dianne was ok but didn't taste like Dianne not creamy and no garlic. The steak was dry I think if the pieces were left larger it wouldn't dry out so much, great idea just didn't pull it off. I know I like my pies to be really hot but when pies are cold they are tasteless. Great service and concept but could be much better.

WOW this pie shop is great. Traditional Aussie family owned business. They have huge selection of pies from plain to kangaroo. So many too choose from ive only tried a portion of the massive menu. Shop frony is located on highway so I often make effort to stop here to stop refresh on longer drives. Very friendly Aussie staff. Pies are large. I believe they are a award winning business. The shop jas been here for as long as I can remember and hopefilly for a long time still....keep up the good work....rated full five stars exept for value as I find all pies a bit over priced

I've been to fredos famous pies a few times in the past few months and on both occasions I've had there pies and they were cold and not really cooked properly, the pastry was also quite soggy and I was quite disappointed as my family members have told me how nice their pies are.

having heard about the pies from this supposadely australian icon, to say i was disapointed on my first visit was not an understatement.
the pies were , if anything alittle on the stale side with a hard overcooked pastry and dried out insides,

was it overheated from too long in the pie heater?
i think it was and will not be going back.
a large crowd suggests this business might have something going for it but not in my experience.
perhaps i had a one off bad experience?
