I would rate the services as a 10/10. Both guys were punctual, polite, efficient, thorough and very caring with any requests and the overall moving experience. Would definitely recommend and use your services again (though hopefully not too soon ;))

I used Fragile based on a recommendation from a friend who had used them a few times. Their hourly rate was really competitive compared to other removalists and my dealings with Peter in the preparation phase were really easy. On move day, the three gents in the truck were friendly, professional, got all my belongings in the one truck load through careful packing, and got everything delivered safely.

Moved from a 3 bed unit to a 3 bed two-storey townhouse. They called to say they were on their way and gave an approximate arrival time - arrive 10 minutes earlier than anticipated - tick. They had to manoeuvre a large truck around overhanging branches of a tree - successful - tick. We have a lot of furniture and they moved all of it without a hiccup - tick. Included in my furniture is an extremely heavy solid granite table - seats 6-8 - they managed it beautifully - tick.
The distance we moved was not far - maybe 4 k's. No storage needed.
They did have to navigate a tight, steep staircase that turns back on itself - must admit it did concern me somewhat. However, they handled it very well. A couple of marks on one wall - all which came off very easily. There were 3 men and each one was very polite, very helpful and most considerate. I would use this company again.
