Fairbairns replaced our existing ducted heating system in March this year and did such an efficient and prompt job that we had them back in November to replace our existing ducted cooling system.
The Brivis products are excellent and the service from the whole Fairbairn team could not be faulted.

Fairbairns replaced our old Brivis heater with a new one. Chris and his assistant who did the job were very friendly, courteous and have done an excellent job. We were told they will arrive between 8.30 am and 9.30 am but they arrived exactly at 8.30 am. Everything was well organised and done without a hassle. Amazing customer service and my special thanks go to Leigh who was very helpful from the get-go. Happy to recommend their service to anyone who is looking to replace their heater.

I have used this company 2-3 times now for supply and installation of heating and cooling. Chose Brivis again as I have never had any issues with this brand and installed heating and cooling at the same time. My wife Ann and i needed to service our 14 year old Brivis, FHC were able to send a service technician in 24 hours and unfortunately were told the Brivis was unsafe and beyond repair i requested a quote and within 24 hours Rick was able to recommend another Brivis. We agreed to the quotation and within 7 working days we now have the improved Brivis heater which is more efficient and quieter than the previous model.
