Even though I didnt use their service the lady provided some great advise on the phone as my unit was still under warranty. Will surely use their service once my heating & cooling units are out of warranty.

Fairbairns carried out a full service of our ducted gas heater, evaporative cooler and replaced the pads in the cooler. I can strongly recommend Fairbairns as they did a great job, keeping me fully informed as to when they would be arriving and they arrived exactly when they said they would so so no waiting around. When the job was finished the Serviceman even went back onto the roof with a broom to sweep off a bit of mess he had made when changing the filters - very impressed.
