Needed an emergency repair and had such a difficult time trying to find someone to replace my broken windows - a friend recommended FJ Glass.. after a short conversation over the phone with owner Wes he assured me he was willing to come and repair them. Dealing with Wes was professional and prompt. I can highly recommend his pricing , workmanship and most importantly his polite nature - such a gentleman. Dont hesitate in using FJ GLASS CRAIGIEBURN

Where do I start. I had the worst experience with this company. My daughter broke her bedroom window, and I called this company to have it fixed. They quoted me a figure to which I accepted. A day later the owner, Wes, called me telling me that the price is actually $100 more than he had quoted me. I accepted. He showed up 4 hours later than our appointment without even apologising or giving me the courtersy that he was running late. Two weeks ago it started raining heavly in Craigieburn, and guess what? The window started leaking. I had to buy my own silicon from Bunnings to have it fixed. Avoid this company and the owner. Bad service, no punctuality and no fault ownership.

My little one broke a window and after calling a few glaziers in my area (without success, no one returning my calls...), I checked womo and found F & J Glass. The glazier was very courteous, even gave me an estimate of how much it would cost the repairs and showed up the next day to fix the window.
He was very professional, friendly with my kids and quick with the replacement of the broken glass.
I would gladly use his services again.

Replaced a broken window. Courteous, prompt (same day), turned up on time. Very friendly, and did a great job. Cleaned up after himself and even took away the broken glass that I had previously picked up.
