Graeme came to my house to clean my upstairs carpets. When I greeted him at the door, he handed me magnets and I declined as I was moving the next week. After he left, I went into a room that had no carpet and Graeme should not have been in and found his magnets. I called Graeme who said he always leaves magnets and he did not see the issue in him entering a room that he had no business being in. He violated my privacy and space and now I feel completely uncomfortable having used his services.

As an experienced Property Manager, i am happy to reccomend Graeme at Expert Carpet Cleaning. In his business - you get what you pay for, and i often send him in to 'do a proper job'! He is friendly and accomodating while being professional & an expert in his trade!

Overpriced rip off.

Charged $650 dollars to do less than 50 meters of grout cleaning, I had emptied the house out completely so there was nothing for them to move, plus a few weeks earlier I had hired a grout cleaning machine and had done the kitchen, entry and lounge.
The guy was here for an hour and didn't get a lot of the grout clean.
A $100 job, that I was charged $650 for.

Carpet clean. Just what we were looking for.Expert carpet cleaning came through with the goods. Recommend them to everyone. They vacuumed , PRE sprayed and steam cleaned.More dirt and stains removed than any other carpet cleaner.
