The salon is so professional, but more than that, there is a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel good just going there. You can relax and be pampered and know that the very best care is taken.

They are fantastic, I always get waxed here and I don't get anywhere else. The service from the desk is always great and the waxer is always lovely. I have received a spray tan from here too once which was good as well. I recommend this place to anyone.

Just love going there! Wendy has been my therapist for approximately 17 years for my facials and I have always found her to be honest (and never pushy) regarding treatment. Every visit (which is approximately every 8 weeks), Wendy assesses my skin's condition and recommends treatments based on her assessment at the time. I also have an eye lash tint at the same time as my facial and a few times a year I also have a bikini wax. The salon is beautiful and the atmosphere very relaxing. Also, their magazines are always "the latest". Mind you I am never kept waiting long enough to really read them! If you want a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, then you can't beat Ella Bache at Nunawading.

I have been going to this salon for about 15 years. It sets a very high standard in service provision. The staff are always professional yet friendly. Hygiene standards are very high which is most important these days. They provide all the treatments I require & I enjoy every visit I make to the salon. Wendy looks after me very well.

After recommendations on womow.com.au I went and tried out this place. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The therapist who served me was by far the best I've encountered. She was patient, friendly and attentative. The environment was very relaxing and calming. Although my eyebrows didn't come out as good as where I previously get them done, it could be just different techiques. Overall the whole experience is highly recommended. I'd definitely come back to try out their ohter pamper services.
