attentive, relaxing, professional, trusting
I have been going to this beauty salon for over 15 years, having waxing and facials primarily. The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive, actively listening to your skin concerns and providing informative and authorative advice, however they never push products on you - they provide the information in a balanced and easy to understand way and how the product might assist, but do not do the 'hard sell' or make you feel like you should purchase the product. I always enjoy my experience, and indeed look forward to it. The staff are friendly, relaxed and attentive - it is a fantastic salon.

I have been using this beauty therapy salon for nearly 20 years. I use them for all my waxing, facials, pedicures etc. They never push products on you but are really informative. I am so happy with their service that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. On top of that I always have a good laugh and chat!

I regularly have waxing done at the salon, the girls are lovely and very informative. They are always helpful in suggesting skincare solutions, but NEVER try and force you to buy products. I always have a fantastic experience every time I go. Oh, and the facials are to die for!!
