I wouldn't,they were OK at first, but when something went wrong they didn't want to know. They swear blind that they gave us full instructions for maintenance,my wife asked but got no reply, they then claim a lengthy time that the instruction spiel lasts.Neither my wife or I heard a word ,doubt it ever happened.
Only wish I'd never seen this lot.

I would give zero stars if possible.
Briefly, first the wrong couch delivered - the delivery men, thankfully, spoke to DLC staff on my behalf and I heard them having to explain why no, the wrong side facing chaise would not be ok in our living room (and even if it was, the absolute nerve to even suggest we just keep it is disgusting). Eventually the right lounge arrived, and as we bought the leather protection kit, it was a couple of days before we really got to inspecting the lounge. To our dismay, the lounge was marked, had sagging and imprinted leather, and holes in the headrests - headrests that didn't line up from one to the next. We spoke with staff at the store purchased from and were told to raise it with head office which we did the next business day. Immediately, we were met with cynicism, as if we had damaged it ourselves and WE should have taken greater care to inspect the lounge before taking delivery of it - mind you, on both occasions the lounges delivered were NOT wrapped in any sort of protective wrapping. After much sarcasm, DLC head office staff took down our concerns and promised a phone call to advise when a repair person could attend to review the condition of the lounge. Days went by. I had to call and chase up where my phone call was... I was told again, they would get back to me, but not without mentioning that I lived too far away for anyone to "just pop in" to look at it - yet, I live only 1.4km from their store in Reynella...
Days went by again. I was promised a resolution before 5om on a Friday - received a call at 5:30pm that night... Talk about leaving it to the last minute... I was promised a repair man would attend a whole week later...
That Friday rolled around, and the repair man attended, and agreed that there were imperfections with the suite. It was taken away, but not before I had to tell them to take the whole thing, as they had only wanted to take one half at a time...
Over a week later (and after I had to call and chase them again, surprise surprise) A lounge was delivered. It matched the lounge we'd bought, but I hesitate to call it OUR lounge because although the initial defects were gone or minimised, this lounge was filthy, clearly used, and had a whole raft of defects of its own. I contacted them 24 hours after delivery was made to demand a refund and was given the age old "I cant decide that, I'll speak to management" excuse. I was, however, told I could expect a call back by COB the following business day. Needless to say, no phone call came.
I don't know what kind of business they are running there, but any time a customer expresses the kind of disgust I have over a continued period of time, is usually the kind of task that gets prioritised. It just goes to show you that some businesses still operate under the notion that once they have your money they don't need to worry about you anymore. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy shop there.

We found a nice lounge suite here that we really liked, but could not buy off-the-floor and was told it would be about a 12 week wait, depending on how long it takes to get enough orders to make up a shipment. It seemed that this time could be even longer, Even though I understand their problem, of having to get enough to make up a shipping-crate load, we werent prepared to buy under this arrangement.
The staff member who served us was very friendly, though and tried to be as helpful as possible.
Ended up finding the same lounge in-stock elsewhere, at the same price (less with extra discount), that we could have delivered in 2 days, so we went that way.

After friends telling me to avoid LeCornu like the plague, I ordered a couch with Discount Lounge Centre (paid in full upfront). Both stores had a similar couch, the one at Lecornu being $1800 and an 8 week wait, DLC being $1600 with a 12 week wait. After 12 weeks I went and enquired about the status of my lounge. Was told it would be another month. Went back a month later to be told it hadn't shipped from China yet (3 weeks by sea, another week in customs). Was offered free delivery and told it was shipping the next week (I was given an exact ship date and everything). I left it another month and went to check thinking it would almost be here to be told IT HADN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET. So after 6 months from my order date I told them to stick it and got my money back, headed down the road to LeCornu and was told the similar couch was in stock there and I could have it that week. Suffice to say I would never, ever recommend DLC or only buy a stock item from there. Must admit their staff were very embarrassed and very polite but communicated terribly (why did I have to chase everything up?).

It is really frustrating even though the price is appealing.
