Poor Service and Abusive Management
I ordered a pizza at this store, waited 30 minutes for it at which time I was presented with my pizza with the feeble excuse that it was missing a topping because they didnt have any! This topping is clearly shown on their facebook site photographs.
I was standing in the store waiting the whole time. How hard would it have been to have advised me so I could have chosen something else?
Since advising the Management via facebook of my experience I have been called a liar and been told to f*** off.
Clearly they are not open to improving their customer service.
We have been getting take-away pizzas here for years. Reasonably priced and great quality.

Old faithful!!!!!! For years has been making the best Pizzas in Adelaide, nice base, qulaity toppings, no heart burn from this place. Well done Mario!!!!

Busy place that does take away and eat in. WE havent eaten in for a few years now but have regularly had takeaway pizzas which are very tasty. Menu has great selection of pizza toppings.

The food was absolutely lovely. It was very busy when we came in (around 7PM) so it took a while to get served (30-45 min), but the portions were generous and we didn't mind the wait as the hustle and bustle kept us entertained.

Its all about the hustle in da marios yes thats the beauty about it. Its a crazy busy at times loud pizza place that buzzes with energy thank you so very much they are very yummy
It's a good value local family restaurant serving both pizzas and pastas. Very friendly service, great quality food. Also an interesting specials board which is regularly updated.
Approximate cost: $18 - $20
Its great to see that we are pricing the best we can and the specials board keeps it interesting. thank you ans see you again real soon

Dear word of mouth. I notice my review us being investigated. I am more tban hapoy to supoly you with copy of the abusive mail i have had from this business because they didnt like my review.
Even going as far as to slander my name in their facebook page.
Now i am bein accused of being a troll. Whatever that means. Im sure its another dig at my review.
Linda this is management next time you are interstate and you are not happy with any service please ask for managment on the spot as your review is not understood. Is seems careless to paint it on social media. Please either remove this and call if your so unhappy to resolve any past issues 99 percetnt of our customers are 100percent happy. My family has worked so hard its so dissappointing to read these you can understand why i was very upset to the point of telling you where to go.
