Ordered some flowers to be delivered for Fathers' Day - very late in the day and a couple of the flowers were squashed Have also tried to order in some pots from catalogs - was promised return calls I have called in to see what was happening - they had to ring suppliers again - this happened twice & the last time was 6 months ago - I have given up!

I have just came across the bad review in2008 for our garden centre. Unfortunately i wish this customer had rang regarding the flowers we would have replaced the flowers that day knowing this. If they were purchased from our store, or if they were sent from one of our internet florist, we would have also had this rectified Regarding the pots, unfortunately sometimes our catalogue specials sell out quickly as we are in a chain of apprrox 45 Greengold nurseries. And suppliers always need to be chanced up. We are sorry this customer has had bad experiences at Country Elegance.
