Updated: Core impact is a gr8 place to train at, where Michael has been training me for 4-5 years now, so it must be good if I keep going back, and I have gone from training once a week to 3 times a week.
Something that Michael and Glenda are able to help us with, is when you have aches or pains or just feeling tight and stiff, they are capable of helping you loosen up the tight areas to help reduce pain or discomfort being rehab trainers. This has been very useful over the last couple of years.
Training at Core Impact means you'll be in safe caring hands... Highly recommend place to train.
And I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

core impact is like training with your friends and not strangers. Glenda and Michael are thoroughly professional, encouraging , motivating and friendly . They keep themselves upto date with the latest in the business and make sure we get the best possible workout .

Having enjoyed running for a number of years, I started to become bored and unmotivated. I realised that I wasn't challenging myself and needed a bit of help to do it. I joined the team at Core Impact 18 months ago and I have loved every minute. From PT to group sessions, I have found my motivation again and have increased my endurance, strength and changed my body shape. I have found training with Michael and Glenda to be great fun and I highly recommend Core Impact. Every session is different and all the members are so motivating and supportive.

I really enjoy being trained by these amazing personal trainers, the classes are fun and I am pushed to work my hardest. My whole family are involved, whether it is personal training or the classes.

I love training in such a positive environment that is tailored to different levels of fitness and abilities. I know Glenda and Michael are always making sure that I do things properly so I don't injure myself but also challenge me as well - no slacking off. I have been training here over 12 months now and I really look forward to the group sessions & personal training. I was so unfit when I started and needed to do something for myself but I didn't want to be yelled at or told 'I could do better'. I like that when I walk in the door I don't necessarily know what they are going to throw at me and the mix between the boxing and weights/cardio sessions means you never get bored. Heading there tonight so hope to see you soon!!

After having my first baby, I entered the gym with trepidation and began the long road to loosing the 20 kg I had gained. Now pregnant with baby number 2 I still work out (PT and class) and have kept to my goal of minimal weight gain and have retained my strength and fitness- no back issues as yet and not likely to happen! Love the classes and the people in them, definitely recommend Core Impact for anyone at any stage of their fitness.

I have only been attending the centre for 4 weeks and have found it to be fantastic. In the past I have not enjoyed a "gym" experience so have stayed away - this one is different. I received a flyer in the post and called them. From the first phone call I found them to be attentive, informative and welcoming. I actually look forward to going to the gym afte work and having personal training. This review is from an older person who never believed she would be saying or doing this. I would say give it a go - you will have fun and meet some like minded people.

My health has improved significantly after undergoing fitness training. The trainers are friendly care about all the persons performing fitness training.

thanks to mine and their persistence, I feel fitter, stronger and overall happier in myself. Definitely have more confidence in my body........ Next a six pack!! bring it on

Great fun and the best decision I made to join these guys. :)
Ever since I started with Core Impact, my fitness level has gone up, I walk proud with shoulders high. Thanks for a great motivation of self confidence.

A small but well organised and extremely well run P/T gym.
Love the one-on-one training I have.
Michael and Glenda have all the up to date knowledge and can always run a good program for me even with my injuries.
