After having my first baby, I entered the gym with trepidation and began the long road to loosing the 20 kg I had gained. Now pregnant with baby number 2 I still work out (PT and class) and have kept to my goal of minimal weight gain and have retained my strength and fitness- no back issues as yet and not likely to happen! Love the classes and the people in them, definitely recommend Core Impact for anyone at any stage of their fitness.

Going to this swim school was a total pleasure- the pool, teachers and facilities are fantastic. My child has learned more in 2 terms of swimming than in 2 years at Aquarena. She went from being scared and clinging on to doing dog paddle and jumping into the deep end- she cant wait to come to swimming!
