I tried calling the manager to tell him about Olimpia , but no one answered my call. Pity!

Today we have had really bad shopping experience in Coles Warrngal. A girl named Freance was so rude to us. She was serving customers with a cold face and ordering voice. We are in late 50 and I guest she must be in mid of 30 but she treat us like a two year old kids. I wonder Whether Coles has trained them a single customer service skills? Or Coles have plenty of customers so they don’t have a need to keep customers!? My husband said to me that don’t need to do shopping here anymore. But as a local regular customer, I am expecting a change and improving so I will come back to see a change otherwise, we can easy go but for improvements, let giving a chance!

Horrible supermarket. Service is terrible. Went to the deli today and didn’t get what I asked for and didn’t realise until I got home, then I rang to complain and the phone just rang out for hours. Go to Safeway I say. Clean modern good service and they answer the phone. Unlike this dirty little place

We like shopping here because it's very close to home and has cheaper prices than Woolworths. We buy everything except fruit and vegetables. The prices are ok, the check-out is usually fast, and they have a good selection of products. I like their (small) Gluten Free and health food section, though I wish they had more.
