I have had several very poor experiences with coles online shopping. Many of my orders have been delivered incorrectly and did not include products I had already paid for. Initially, I was prepared to accept these as genuine human errors, however when it continued to happen, it became highly irritating. Furthermore, upon contacting them to notify them of these errors, staff failed to apologise and did not offer a refund for the products that were not delivered and refused to provide another delivery. Instead, they suggested crediting my account, which of course was of no use as I did not plan to continue shopping with them.

I've had a number of experiences like this, not enough care it taken when checking the orders before dispatch.

I use this service every week with having a new baby it makes life so much easier, they are always happy to help, have tries other companies but no where near the same service

wow, this service is brilliant. so convienient. the produce i got was excellent, everything i ordered was delivered. I was very happy and it stops thos impulse buys! Its also great knowing exaclty how much your spending.

Easy, convenient and a reasonable delivery cost. I hate supermarkets so it was lovely not having to trudge around the isles on a winters night.

I regularly use Coles online. Prices are a little dearer than in store shopping, BUT I don't have to travel to supermarket, remember the "green bags" find an elusive car park, stand in line to get served by some disinterested checkout chick and all the rest that goes with grocery shopping. Quality of fruit and veg in boxes is fabulous - can't find this quality in the store. Any problems that do arise are quickly and promptly dealt with.
If you are unhappy with any product for any reason they either refund your account or replace the item.
Groceries are delivered directly to my kitchen bench top. Delivery drivers (Kings Transport) are fabulous especially our regular driver on Tuesday mornings. Absolutely worth the small additional cost. The BEST way to do your grocery shopping.

Was easy to use the website, although delivery was late and items were missing.... they did credit us with a voucher to make up for this, worth giving another go. Free delivery

Very convenient, delivery people have always been friendly and helpful. Makes it easier to stick to a budget as you are not as tempted to just 'throw things in the trolley'.

Yes the new age, ordering your shopping online,, just pick what you want and at a click of a button you will get your groceries deleivered to your door......and you don't pick up any unwanted extras that you always do when shopping

We have started to use Coles Online and are very happy with the service offered. Our deliveries have been on time and accurate, the fresh food is good and there were no hassles getting a refund on a package of tacos that was out of date. It certainly beats shopping with kids!
