The ordering online process was nicely simple. I was happy with it and the cost was good (as good as in store coles...however, lower then when i visit the store cause i didnt grab random stuff)

the delivery was on time and the guy brought the boxes inside which was very helpful.

I have been shopping on line for a while now, I love it, it is convenient and I don't have to go in store and push a silly trolley around, my groceries are delivered into my kitchen and all unpacked onto the table, I pay by EFTPOS and have never met a driver who has not been happy and friendly, I highly reccomend this service

Have used this service on a number of occasions, have not found their selections to be overly amazing and their pricing is about what u would expect to pay in the supermarket. Convenience is the main driver to using this service.

reasonable delivery fee. have had items not available at times. service is on time, and products are in good condition.

Not that happy with delivery charges and have had on a few occasions items missing or different from the ones ordered but overall I usually get all my items.

Sometimes I find the online shop to be a little more expensive than the Coles down the road. But its definitely helpful especially if you don't have a car or the time to get down to the supermarket.
