As opposed to most of the reviews we had a cleaning service every fortnight.

We started off ok, the couple were lovely but communication was sometimes an issue - some misunderstandings s we requested a change of day and they didn't arrive a couple of times.

The quality for the price paid was not that great. I'm not fussy but one of our toilets was only half cleaned three times in a row - it's like they'd given up by then!

We paid for the premium package that included window sills, cobwebs and skirting boards that were NEVER done over the 3-4 months we had the service. Nor were the balustrades, cupboards doors and numerous other things.

If you want a rental exit clean this business looks adequate but for a long term arrangement I'd go elsewhere.

Clen to Shine took the time during my Steam Clean service to attend to an additional area above and beyond to remove a hardened glue from an area of carpet. Giving me the tips and info to be able to perform little tricks for glue in the future.

End of lease package done for me. Cleaning and carpet steam cleaning was of excellent standard and got my bond back in full, excellent value also. Would recommend them for any end of rental property lease cleaning.

Our company required our carpets steam cleaned urgently and after contacting several cleaning companies to obtain a quote, and not even getting a phone call back, I contacted Cleantoshine Housekeeping Services and Jignesh came out the same day and provided me with a very reasonable quote. They could even do the steam cleaning that very week and would work around our specific time for when staff were out of the office.

Jignesh arrived promptly on the date and time agreed and set up straight away. He finished the job in the time he quoted and did an excellent job. We had problem stains which our regular cleaners could not remove from the carpet and Jignesh managed to get these stains out.

My Manager's were impressed with the job done and we will using Cleantoshine Housekeeping Services when we require our carpet steam cleaned again.

We move out of the rental house and given the job to cleantoshine, did wonderful job, cost was also reasonable, also did garage cleaning free of charge, no problem from the agent, got all bond back. i would recommand them to other too, really hardworking people, because they did cleaning on sunday on my request.
