I've been bringing my car to this place for the last 2-3 years now, and have always had a good experience with them (despite the costs because my car is almost 20 years old). They always give me a ring to discuss what needs to be done and the approximate costs before actually doing anything. Jeremy and the rest of the staff are very friendly, always engaging in banter and although I only visit every 6 months or less, Jeremy still seems to remembers who I am/what I do/etc. I've never had my car break down on the road (despite its age) because I believe these guys do their best when I bring it in for servicing. The only minor complaint I have is that they often don't have courtesy cars available, but they do offer to drop customers off at nearby train stations or suburbs. I highly recommend this place!

After being over quoted by another service centre I was referred to Car Servicing and You by a friend. From my first call and conversation with Jeremy in discussing my needs and service through to the actual day I dropped car off - we were off to a great start. I was impressed with his phone consultation, thoroughness and helpful real attitude. On arrival Siyamak (the manager) was excellent! Super professional, capable and no superfluous attempts at adding what I didn't need. Excellent customer service. I knew my vehicle and service was in excellent and trustworthy hands. Price was appropriate and good! I can highly recommend.

I had a blown radiator and had not serviced the car for 2 years prior to taking it to these guys. They were SO friendly and accommodating (they let me arrange it all over the phone and after hours).

The job was done in a day and I can't fault the work.

After many years of overspending and disappointing outcomes with Brighton Toyota I am very happy to say I have a new mechanic....who I may not need to avoid for years on end :)

The staff at this service centre have been exceptional in their work on our car during our last 3 visits. They are friendly, approachable and trustworthy and are very clear about the costs associated with their work. They have provided us with a courtesy car while our car was being attended to and we are always impressed with the cleaning which has been done to our car when we pick it up.
