Customer service wasn't great and the food was served without care as it wasn't cooked to the usual standard. After contacting head office I've had no reply, after a week!

I am not a big fan of Primo's food. The food tastes proceesed and sauces and meats are simply re-heated in microwave and not cooked fresh. Large seating area and staff are OK.

We attended this a while ago with vouchers and the quality was really good, and with voucher made the bill really affordable feeding a family. It doesn't have the character of a Henley Beach or Semaphore Primo Caffe, but is well placed in Welland Shopping Centre and compliments a shopping day with a good quick feed.

Been here a few times and definitely enjoyed the food. Great value and good staff as well. Didn't have to wait too long for food either which is always good.

Have visited many times mostly with work colleagues for a quick lunch and never disappointed. For a Primo it is very good - I've been to several others and have not been satisfied but this one gets the thumbs up. They have long term staff who are particularly good, enjoy!
