The only good thing about this place is that they are conveniently located and have neat ambience. However, the foods are expensive as it is a cafe, and the service is extremely slow and unfriendly. I only go here if I need to meet friends in Burwood and need a place with clean and casual ambience for lunch

Food is wonderful here, Service is also satisfactory. Its locted in a great convenient location, first shop into Westfields, and is a great place to just chill and drink coffee with friends.

Service is great when they approach you. But i think they don't have enough staff all the time. you would be waiting for a while before they serve you. The food is average. After all its cafe food, but its a great place to sit and relax since its near the entrance of Westfield.

Approximate cost: $25

The food here is very nice and it is served relatively fast. Its set in a good destination, easy to catch up with friends after doing a bit of shopping in burwood westfield, as its set right at the entrance of the shopping centre. The seating is comfortable and you will most likely stay longer than expected.

Approximate cost: $25

Its a nice place to just relax after some shopping around westfield. The menu is alright, and the food is not bad- I like their variety of cakes, and the atmosphere is quite refreshing.

cafe bello is set on the outside part of westfield. the food here is ok. i had lemon meringue pie which was a bit dry and stale but the coffee was good. the let down is the service which was not terribly friendly. the decor is a little dated too

Pricier than most of the other Burwood cafes but they do have really good coffee and cakes. Their coffee is consistently well made...I've tried the ricotta cheesecake and blueberry muffin...I think the muffins are made on-site, not sure about the cakes but regardless, they were both tasty.

Update: Stay away from the Tiramisu Crunch cake. But they stock Serendipity ice-cream! (Limited flavours but all delish - especially the super fudge brownie and tiramisu ones)

Always enjoy my time here. Usually come for the amazing cheesecake that's offered! Sometimes I enjoy a meal, their dishes are great in taste, and good portions. However quite a bit pricey.

I ordered some nachos and what they brought me was some broken pieces of nachos and a bit of sauce on top. The waiters weren't very friendly or helpful.

Good thing we had an Entertainment Voucher because the prices were quite high. The wait staff looked really tired and were not very enthusiastic (long shift?). The food was great though.

Approximate cost: $20
