Dr Phil has been fantastic. My first visit was an urgent review before a small operation and he slotted me in the very next day which helped enormously. Since then I have been for regular check ups and cleaning and can say the friendliness and care are first rate. I have had plenty of cleans which are painful over the years but Dr Phil was very careful and I have recommended family and friends to switch to him.

Colleague recommended me to BDC. Went there for a root canal treatment. Dr Ash was very detail and meticulous in her work. Explained clearly to me the options and what needed to be done. First time at Burwood dental care. Very pleased with the impeccable level of service received. The DA and reception are warm, attentive and efficient. Registration/paperwork was very quick that I barely had to wait long in between. I was there to remove my wisdom tooth and the entire appointment including 2 x-rays and the extraction took about couple minutes. Chose Burwood dental care because they offered same day consultation and extraction. Most places I enquired required 2 visits.

I was attended to by Dr Phil who was very friendly, warm and very communicative. His bedside manner is excellent. He would constantly communicate what he is/will be doing and check in on you during each process to ensure you're comfortable and okay. It made for as pleasant and quick a process as it could be for a wisdom tooth extraction.

It's the little gestures that really made my experience there unforgettable. From automatically them wiping your face and making sure your face is taking care because when you get anaesthesia you will feel very numb and unconsciously you some of your saliva dribbles.

Even settling payment and booking the next appointments before the procedure so that you don't have to wait around with a swollen bleeding mouth was another example of how the clinic thinks of the patient's convenience and comfort.

No doubt i would be returning here should I need to remove my other wisdom tooth.

For someone who has always been scared to visit dentist, tooth angel really came as a surprise.

Had an excellent experience at burwood dental care extracting my Wisdom Tooth! The receptionists and assistant were all very friendly and caring. Dr Phil was very skilful, caring and meticulous--he provided clear explanations, reassured me throughout the process, and made the extraction fast and pain-free. No complications or infections post-surgery, recovery was completely smooth. DrAsh was also thorough in his post-op review. Would highly recommend burwood dental care for wisdom tooth extraction!!

Had my wisdom tooth extraction on 8/2/2021 under Dr Phil. Process went through successfully without any pain. Dr Phil and DA were very helpful, explaining the process during surgery. The staff there also will follow up on next day after surgery. This was quite helpful.
