First time at Burwood dental care. Very pleased with the impeccable level of service received. The DA and reception are warm, attentive and efficient. Registration/paperwork was very quick that I barely had to wait long in between. I was there to remove my wisdom tooth and the entire appointment including 2 x-rays and the extraction took about couple minutes. Chose Burwood dental care because they offered same day consultation and extraction. Most places I enquired required 2 visits.

I was attended to by Dr Phil who was very friendly, warm and very communicative. His bedside manner is excellent. He would constantly communicate what he is/will be doing and check in on you during each process to ensure you're comfortable and okay. It made for as pleasant and quick a process as it could be for a wisdom tooth extraction.

It's the little gestures that really made my experience there unforgettable. From automatically them wiping your face and making sure your face is taking care because when you get anaesthesia you will feel very numb and unconsciously you some of your saliva dribbles.

Even settling payment and booking the next appointments before the procedure so that you don't have to wait around with a swollen bleeding mouth was another example of how the clinic thinks of the patient's convenience and comfort.

No doubt i would be returning here should I need to remove my other wisdom tooth.
