they have lost their formal glory. Not much integrity left, it all about grabbing money for the job not completed (near complete just to meet the deadline but charge you for the full service and no shame about it either). I find their behaviour highly DECEITFUL. There are many other highly skilled competitors in Neutral Bay and Mosman now and consumers have options to choose from. Even though business is tough with the pandemic, one must live by virtue and integrity. Extremely disappointed.

READERS BEWARE - STEER CLEAR OF BLUE AND WHITE DRYCLEANERS!! They are NOT to be trusted with your precious garments!! Throw your priceless wedding gown in the washing machine and you’re likely to get a better result at a fraction of the cost! My wedding gown was returned to me with the silk on my dress completely crushed and starchy, they didn’t even bother to press out the creases. Metal wires near the lace applique began protruding out. The boning started falling out of the dress. The silk white colour now looks champagne! AND there are still dirt scuff marks on the fabric!! I placed my faith and trust in their staff who assured me Blue and White were experts in the industry and could professionally clean my couture wedding gown correctly. They claim to be experts that specialise in cleaning couture gowns for the likes of Colette Dinnigan etc yet after my experience clearly have NO idea what they are doing. Due to their exorbitant quote, I shopped around and found a few cheaper drycleaners who advised me of potential issues that could occur BEFORE cleaning the dress however I thought as Blue and White charged a premium…they had better knowledge of what they were doing..clearly NOT SO!! Ironically, they didn’t see a problem with how the dress was cleaned and refused to take responsibility. Don’t waste your money on a company that tries to brand themselves as experts in the industry and clearly have no idea what they are doing! As another review online advises – if you have good clothes you value DON’T GO NEAR THIS PLACE!!.
