I had Bensons come in and clean windows, carpets and also complete an end of lease clean. We were absolutely impressed with the service, from talking to Scott on the phone and booking all the services in, to all the cleaners turning up on time and fulfilling their duties to a great standard.

My Husband and myself manage and independant living facility for seniors. our complex has a total of 52 units on our site. I see this as good customer relations, as it indicates that people are important is service industries. I am aware, as I mentioned, that our Western society does not teach people that gratitude is part of receiving a service. Thus, my gratitude is first and money secondary, in my mind. Otherwise, you are doing a thankless job, even though your experience is that your work is really first rate!

We have our waiting room carpets cleaned every few months (3 sites) Bensons are always professional and they never let me down...Great service is hard to come by these days.

My wife and I have used Bensons Cleaning Services on several occasions now. We have used their services for cleaning of curtains,mattresses, and carpets.
