I had two microfibre recliners cleaned. They contained 7 years of body oils, etc. When I first rang Scott to ask advice he explained the process in full and I could tell that he knew his business and has had a lot of experience. He gave me options to think about regarding stain guarding. He arrived exactly on time and was very professional. Upon completion of the work he explained the drying process and supplied me with some spot cleaner which I can use on my fabric covered furniture and carpets. I found Scott to be honest, knowledgeable and very helpful in all areas of cleaning household carpets, furniture and curtains. My much loved recliners now smell clean and fresh. I would definitely ring Bensons again when next I need some cleaning done.

We had mould in every room of our rental property from tenants not ventilating it properly....Bensons treated the mould and it hasnt returned. It also looked fantastic and we didnt have to repaint. Their service was wonderful, they did what they promised and it cost us a fraction of the price that other companies quoted.

End of lease carpet clean. One carpet in particular had an unpleasant smell. Scott completed the job while I was moving boxes to my new home. I was pleasantly surprised to find he had cleaned a room which wasn't in my quote and was FOC. Overall I was impressed with Scott's work ethic and customer service and would certainly use Benson's again.
