Extremely Disappointed With Dr. Mina Moussa

- I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with Dr. Mina Moussa, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction to alert others about the concerning practices I encountered. Unfortunately, my encounter with Dr. Mina Moussa left me feeling deeply disappointed, financially exploited, and frustrated by his lack of professionalism.

- Firstly, I was appalled by the vast discrepancy in fees charged by Dr. Mina Moussa compared to other doctors offering similar services. While the majority of reputable physicians in this field charge a reasonable fee ranging from approximately $39-51, Dr. A shockingly charged me a whopping $152.2.

- Furthermore, during my interaction with Dr. Mina Moussa, I found his behavior to be highly unprofessional and disconcerting. His primary focus was to create unnecessary divisions in order to exploit the situation and find ways to charge additional fees.

- In conclusion, I would not recommend this guy to everyone.

I wanted to leave a review about the phlebotomist who was lovely and also managed to draw blood from my arm after a few tries. I normally have to get blood from my hand but third time lucky she did this saving me having to come back another day. She was brilliant. Thank you.

Unfortunately with the cost of all fuels now, majority of us vehicle owners need to go to the closest medical centres. Whether working one/more jobs or unemployed when a GP is required. Otherwise I would not step foot in their building.

WORST GP CLINIC EVER, INCOMPETENT PEOPLE, FUNNY HOW THEY HAVE THE “NO AGGRESSIVE AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR TOLERATED SIGN” HANGING AROUND BUT ENDS UP THEY’RE THE ONE WHO DON’T HAVE ANY MANNERS AT ALL. PLACE IS SO DIRTYYYYYYYY

Absolutely terrible bedside manner and lack of empathy. Minimal/ Nil eye contact. No solution offered. Poor attitude.

I attended last night for my first covid vaccination. I didn't wait long and Doctor Sri and his staff were pleasant , entertaining and efficient. I have also attended many times for routine medical treatment and have always been treated politely and with respect. I will continue to use the centre with the utmost confidence.

Went for appointment this morning 21/03/21 and the receptionist lady was not very friendly and nice at all. A bit rude when requesting me to sign the consent form.the doctor is good

Dr Tim is a legend! Sorted my problem out in a few minutes. this guy sure knows his stuff!

The room was jam packed with people coughing with flu and Dr Tim is doing his best to see everyone on time. My baby was unwell and Dr Tim was very kind to me, explained everything in great detail, when to worry and what to look out for. He had all the time in the world for me eventhough i could see how fully booked he was on the screen. No other dr took the time to explain. Thank you Dr Tim! You are the best!

WARNING: Upcoming scathing review. If I could give this place a negative star rating, I most certainly would. I haven't had pleasant dealings here in the past, but tonight's experience has been the final straw. I book an appt for 5pm, and at 5:20pm (I understand this is generally the norm), I finally get called by the doctor. I sit down, and tell him I'm there to renew my script for the contraceptive pill, and he immediately tells me he can't prescribe me the pill because of his religion. He promises me he will have another doctor see me within 5mins. I say ok, and go back out to the waiting area. Please keep in mind that when I booked this appt online, I clearly wrote in the box provided that this appt was for a renewal of my pill script - why do they even have that box if it's just going to be ignored?? So 20mins later, I'm still in the waiting area. I've been very quiet and very patient. I ask the receptionist how much longer it's going to be, and she says it won't be long, the doctor has my file and I will be next. ANOTHER 20mins later, I have had enough. I see yet another patient being called in before me, the waiting room is practically empty now. I tell the receptionist that I'm going, I have been in the waiting room for over an hour, and that I had given prior knowledge of the reason for my visit. She just looks at me and says, "Ok, I'll cancel your appt". Thanks for absolutely nothing, Belmont Medical Centre. I've left my dog sitting outside in the heat for an extra 2 hours so I could waste an hour sitting in your heinous waiting room. You think that just because you're bulk billed your patients don't deserve respect? Get real. Your lack of care or consideration is disgusting. Don't worry about responding - there's no way I'd ever come back.
