Supply & Installation of a new air-conditioner in lieu of an existing unit. The removal of the old unit & the installation of the new one was completed with no mess or hidden extras.

I have a rental property in Sandringham so got a new Air con unit fitted. I got 3 quotes, and although pricing was similar between all, I slected Bayair based on other on-line reviews saying that they were good. The guys arrived on time & did the job as agreed & tided up after as you'd expect. I had the job done on time & budget on 28/11/14, all while the tennant was home. The job looks great & the tennant is now set up for Summer with Air & is very happy too.

had a inverted cooler/heating unit installed in a hobby room. They came out, checked out the job, worked out the best and easiest way to do it (taking into account my preferences), e-mailed the quote, responded to my return e-mail with 2 work days, booked in the job for the next week (once again my preference), did the job within 3 hours, ran me through how it worked, they cleaned everything up and then were gone. Whole process quick,simple and no fuss and they listened to what best suited me.

We had a couple of Daikin air conditioners installed in our new house. The guys were very experienced and easy to communicate with. they came on time for the initial quote and then the installation. They were able to do the installation within 2 days from my aproval of the quote which i thought was really convenient.
the installers used dropsheets to not get our floors durty and even used a vacuum cleaner to clean up!
The installation looks very neat from outside as well, with all the cabling consealed.
They also put in a new power point that I needed, now i dont need to call out a separate sparky.
The quote was better than 3 others I received.
Overall I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Tom, Max and the boys at Bayair. Their pricing is competitive but even better they are flexible, courteous and they even clean up after themselves! Very happy (if only I could give other tradies/ suppliers the same compliment)

Installation of A/C split system with the head unit on the first flow and outdoor unit on a floor flat roof. They installed a separate electrical cable to the main switchboard as well.

The service provided was to move 2 Daikin split system air conditioners from Glen Waverley to Edithvale, one to a downstairs lounge and one to the upstairs main bedroom.

The quality and service could not be faulted. The 3 men turned up early precisely when they said they would at Glen Waverley and quickly deinstalled the units and transported them to Edithvale where they quickly got to work doing the installations. Being a family business, and all qualified in electrics as well, they worked very well together as a team.

There was a lot of work involved and the value was excellent - not only stuck to the quote, but also provided friendly advice on other aspects of the electricals in the house.

Bayair was very careful with the installation of the units. They looked like new because they cleaned and serviced them thouroughly before reinstalling. The piping and cabling was very neat, and not easy to do, particulary upstairs.

Max would not hear of us tidying up, his policy is to leave the house at least as clean as he found it. Drop sheets and vacuum were used extensively.

No problems with certificates for plumbing and electrical safety. The 2 air con units are behaving better now than ever.
