had a inverted cooler/heating unit installed in a hobby room. They came out, checked out the job, worked out the best and easiest way to do it (taking into account my preferences), e-mailed the quote, responded to my return e-mail with 2 work days, booked in the job for the next week (once again my preference), did the job within 3 hours, ran me through how it worked, they cleaned everything up and then were gone.
