I have purchased bags and wallets from Bag Heaven for the last 5 years, both online and when I am in Adelaide. The staff are wonderful!
They have the best range I've ever seen, and are so helpful in finding the right bag for you - even online they answered heaps of questions and sent me links with other suggestions.
I had to return a bag that had a manufacturers fault, and Bag Heaven took it with no questions asked and sent it to the manufacturer, who decided to replace it for me.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!
After an issue with a faulty bag, Bag Heaven have agreed to refund my money so I can purchase another brand of bag. I am satisfied with this outcome. Thank you.

I purchased a bag from Bag Heaven, through no fault of theirs, it was just too big. I returned it with no problems and they were so helpful trying to accommodate my request. I would purchase from them again. Great Service!

It's amazing how many bags and how much variety can be in such a small shop. Last time I had to wait quite a while to be served, especially as the staff had to go downstairs to the luggage section repeatedly. Worth the wait though and very handy spot in Gawler Place.

Thanks for your compliments, but we are really puzzled by your reference that our staff had to repeatedly go downstairs to the luggage section while serving you. We always encourage our customers to go downstairs themselves and view the huge range of luggage and travel goods in our basement.
Also, we are not just 'a small shop'. We in fact operate a large Luggage and Bag website www.bagheaven.com.au from 1000 square metres of stockrooms (above the shop) which are not accessible to the public.
I love this shop, staff are friendly and very informative. VERY extensive product range and they will even assist you if they do not currently stock a particular item you are looking for. Prices vary greatly to cater for the economic status of every customer.
I agree, they have a huge range. Sometimes its hard to make a selection
