The idea here is that you can construct a burger after your hearts desire. Burgers in Brisbane can be too plain or when they are stacking on the ingredients they include things you don't want. With Babu you get to choose from a huge list of extras as well as how the burger is to be cooked. Some example ingredients I tried are Maple Bacon and Poached Pear (I think the pear was a mistake). I also tried one of their more unusual types of cheeses (I can't remember the name).

Burgers are taking over Brisbane's menus, and these guys seem to set to give you the best burger experience.

Really interesting men! Don't be mislead by the name burgers and grill as they have a lot of salads including warm beef salad which is great. And the Creme Brulee is to die for. Very reasonably priced with great atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff
