I recently Started playing 5 a side soccer after many years of doing nothing within weeks I had pulled my calf muscle and had a few few other aches and strains. I went to Adam who was great he knew exactly where all my knotted muscles and sore tendons were and set about doing pressure point massage. after only a couple of sessions I felt brand new. Adam even suggested a few stretches and warm up exercises which I now use as part of my warm up routine. I highly recommend Adam to anyone who needs a sports or remedial massage.

if you have general aches and pains or more serious back, hip and neck issues like me this IS the business that can help you ease the pain away. i highly recommend Adam, he really knows how to deal with any problem and spends the amount of time on each area that the area needs, NOT stirring up an area then moving on to a different area like the people in the shopping centers do. After having long term medical problems i'm now a very happy regular customer of Adam's, there is now a light at the end of the tunnel, that does not rely 100% on medication.

First time to Adam i found him through the Natural therapy webpage as I wanted someone close to home,I have to say it was one of the very best massages, great pressure used as I had shoulder and back stiffness, he worked my pressure points and was very knowledagble of the muscles and how they are linked .The head massage at the end was great to forget about the oohs and aahhs during the hour. Very reasonable priced also offering discount for repeat business and referall.
