I recently Started playing 5 a side soccer after many years of doing nothing within weeks I had pulled my calf muscle and had a few few other aches and strains. I went to Adam who was great he knew exactly where all my knotted muscles and sore tendons were and set about doing pressure point massage. after only a couple of sessions I felt brand new.
