I started visiting hear this year. I find if I get the same hair dresser the standard is really good. I think there is not a consistency across all the hairdressers though. I find the prices about what I expect although I have heard that they do "individualize" prices depending on if they "know " you. I say that with experience as my friend has longer hair than me and is charged $50-$80 less than me for same service. They are friendly which I think is really important when you need to sit their for 3 hours!

I admit I am very fussy with hairdressers (I have tried 3 in the last 2 months as I need to find a fabulous one that LISTENS!) I do not need to look anymore. I not only received a consultation before my style cut but advice on everything (shampoos/blowdrying tips/colours that suit etc) without being forced to buy anything!! The hairdressers were genuinely passionate about hair and even the apprentice was lovely. I usually show pictures to hairdressers and they ignore them and I leave unhappy. This hairdresser wanted to see everything I had in mind and gave me advice on what I can and cannot achieve. I had 100 percent trust and for the first time let them take as much as they thought off my hair! And I am a very happy girl! I was given a wet cut first and then another after a blow dry to fix the layers. I cannot reccomend this place strongly enough even though I was hesitant to as I wanted to keep it a secret! ;)

A Great atmosphere in this salon, felt the vibe' as soon as I walked in the door. Nothing was too much trouble I got the very real sense that all these girls are "in love with Hair Dressing" as is their young male boss. Total professionals, even the younger ones ! Whilst siting in a vibrating chair, one of the lovely young girls sent me to sleep with a fantastic scalp massage while washing my hair then I was talked with at length so I was very clear on what to expect from colours & cut to products & maintenance. There is a wide screen TV with 'Fashion Shows from Milan To Paris so if you see something that inspires you "tell them"!. This whole salon ( not just the award winners !) know & care a great deal about what they are doing. They appear Artistic, Innovative, Talented, Knowledgeable, & Up to date. Their focus on client service & satisfaction seems paramount ! I walked out A New Woman. A fabulous experience for Guys and Girls.
