Wonderful customer service from Arrive on Time. First contact with customer service very efficient and polite and serviceman arrived promptly in a couple of hours as estimated.
Felix was my service person and was very polite, pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately my washing machine needed a new operating panel which wasn't readily available. Felix got back to me the following day with a price, but after discussing the pros and cons with Felix who was very informative, I decided not to progress and have bought a new machine.
Would highly recommend Arrive on Time and Felix especially and will certainly contact if and when the need arises in the future.

Arrived on time despite Friday afternoon traffic. Peter from Sunshine was fantastic. He knew what he was doing and was very quick. Would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Were able to order the relevant part and fix our smeg oven very quickly and at times that suited us. Very good service. Would definitely use these guys again in the future.

Felix is great, he is polite, prompt and knowledgeable. Three stars is for the call out fee, I feel that $139.00 is a bit steep, especially when your appliance is not worth repairing.

Can't rave enough! From the welcoming and helpful tone from Jo at my first call for help with my painful dishwasher and the prompt and Mr fix it response from Noel who resolved it quickly and even called to talk me through costs (cheaper than expected) - stoked and will def use again (if need). Great service!!
