Sam was excellent to deal with. Quick to respond to respond and arrived as scheduled. He was very knowledge and professional about dealing with my WiFi problems and getting my Apple Airport Time Machine up and functioning and connecting with my other devices, printer and TV. Made helpful suggestions about how to improve my home system and laptop. I would recommend him to others.
