Great for the younger kids. Love that you can take your own food and drinks. Plenty of room for the littlies to run around and loads more toys then most playcentres.

Always had good service. One sales lady knows customers and their kids by name. They always seem to have the best prices and very knowledged in carseats.

The staff have no clue. They are supposedly trained to fit you but they put me in bra's that were too big - twice!! It is soo crowded with racks it is impossible to get a pram in (or a bigger lady). Service was verging on non exsistant. I won't go back there. No variety at all for the fuller figure woman.

I have been numerous times, often taking interstate visitors. I love it. Something for all ages. The bus tour is great too. We usually take our own food to keep costs down.

You get what you pay for - no frills. The flight was fine, service was minimal. Staff were polite but not chatty or overly happy for that matter. I don't like that they only fly to brisbane early in the morning and late at night. Not good when travelling with young children.

Travelling with a young baby I found Virgin fantastic. Very helpfull, held bubs while I got organised. Carried nappy bag etc for me. Very friendly and always smiling.

Service was so bad it was laughable. The food was lovely and great portion sizes. Meals were served without cultery on the tables, bit hard to eat! If they got some staff with basic food/drinks knowledge I would be back every week.
