I hired a cake tin from them. Over the phone the lady was very helpful. When I went to pick it up it was a different story. Asking how many cake batters I needed the girl had no clue. When I returned it (cleaner than I got it) I mentioned the cake batter and they assume you will use their batter. huh? no thanks!

We have used them a few times, we always do our homework first and compare prices. Last week we needed a chest freezer, they didn't have the one we wanted on the floor but did out the back, price matched another store and took a little more off too. Had the item delivered less than two hours later. The delivery guy was great too, my son loves trucks so he let him go in the back and "help". :)

My son started lessons with them last year. Had never set foot in a pool before. They made him feel comfortable and he loves going to lessons. The staff are friendly and answer any questions. They all work great with the kids no matter the age or how "difficult" they can be.

I had photos done with them via daycare. They do fundraiser photos for schools etc.. I was a bit unsure of the quality given it was two young guys doing the photos but they came out magnificent. I have had nothing but compliments about how great they are. Highly recommend them. I paid $179 for the pack which was over 30 images in various sizes and also black and white, also included a keyring frame and large frame.

Have dined there a few times. First time the food was over cooked, none of us happy. Gave it a second chance and food was lovely. Last week I rang and booked a large group only to find on arrival we had no booking. They did fit us in though so all good.

Pushy sales staff in kmart are enough to put you off but then seeing the quality of the "freebie" takes the cake. I could do better with a disposable camera. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

It was the nearest medical centre when I needed to take my son. I got told off for not having an appointment, the receptionist was very rude about it. Doctor took a whole 30 seconds of her time if that to diagnose exactly what I had said. I shouldn't have bothered really. Yet their advertisements say "no appointment necessary" make up your mind people!!!

Food is nice but nothing spectacular. Don't like the pokies being so close. Also on friday nights the band starts pretty early so it is hard to talk while enjoying your meal.

the deep fried chocolate bar!!! Everyone has to try it at least once. The food is always fresh and tasty. I have been a few times and always enjoyed the food. Service is good but not in your face.

Their meat is always best quality. the chicken is melt in the mouth. Good value for money. They often have super specials so you get even better prices. Also stock king island beef.
