We have seen three or four different doctors at this surgery now, and each has been wonderful - professional, helpful, compassionate.
Dr Scott Parsons has a special interest in children's health and we are so glad we found him as one of our children has some food intolerances that have been difficult for us to identify and manage. He is excellent at relating to our children and relaying information to us that is sometimes confronting.
The receptionists are very efficient and professional (and mostly very warm and friendly). I am guessing they must've had trouble with a lot of people not showing up for appointments because they now text/call the day before to confirm appointments. This must've added a lot to their workload.
There is sometimes a bit of a wait for appointments, which can be frustrating, but there is a playroom for the children and plenty of seats.
So relieved that we now have a "family GP"!
So honest. And that's what I need in a mechanic. I understand very little about what makes my car go, so I count on paid experts to be straight-up with me.
These guys are lovely lovely lovely. It's never any trouble to drive me home or pick me up so I can leave my car there for the day.
Simply the best coffee ever. I can always get a park (if not on site, then right by the cafe in the street), the staff are relaxed and unassuming and lovely, the cafe is comfortable, I can choose a lounge or a cafe table depending on whether I want to relax or write.
To top it all, my long macchiato costs LESS than most other cafes, not more, despite being the best quality and made by a talented barrista.
Zero complaints, mucho gratitude.
