This week I had a minor incompatibility issue with a toner cartridge and the replacement cartridge which they supplied without fuss or delay. At this point I am shall we say...'less than happy'? But when we had a second problem the business owner asked how long I would be there, jumped in his car at 8pm at night and drove straight over to my office at Chatswood (from Regent's Park !) and sorted out the problem personally. By any standard this is service way way above the norm and well beyond the call of duty. The guy was friendly, professional and totally prepared to stand behind his products and his service. Amazing stuff best I have ever experienced in this field, and I am not easily impressed. Sooooo.. the take home message is 'These are the people you can deal with confidently'

Several experiences here now so that means a) I'm qualified to offer an opinion and b) I keep coming back. Food quality is of a reliably high standard and the point needs to be made that these guys are really trying (largely successfully) to be very very good at what they do-and that counts lots for me. For example a warm pre-dinner bread roll is accompanied by a beautifully presented foil wrapped pat of hand made cultured butter - nice. It's not a haute cuisine type of place but then it doesn't try to be and doesn't pretend to be-so that's all cool by me. A good mix of the quite traditional and a tilt towards the cutting edge if you get my drift? Always well executed, well presented and always very good to eat.

The place alternates between being fairly quiet and terrifyingly busy which can a bit disconcerting at times and would also be a bit of a challenge for the owners. So booking is not a bad idea.

A competent selection of wines by the bottle and glass.

Eaten a few times here and it's clear these guys take a lot of pride and care with their food which is stylish, well presented and delicious. Targetted around shared dining with a great selection of wines, cocktails etc. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic range of foods stuff from Turkey thru to say South Indian. Emphasis on Middle Eastern, Great range of nuts plus whole and ground spices, super exotic dried fruits etc. When you get to the counter, expect to be treated like an insect which is a bit of a bummer.

Very good value and worth a look.
