The actual Display Centre looks great. The Salesperson is great, however, when it actually comes to building the pool, they Sub-Contract EVERYTHING. When the Excavator came to our house they ripped off shelves in our garage, damaged the concrete in the shed, then left their Excavator and Bob Cat alongside the whole they dug, causing the wall to collapse in the Spa area. When they left, the left mud all up the driveway and didn't clean it for the next Sub-contractor, who were the Concreters. The Concreters were good. They cleaned the whole driveway, accidentally broke a Broom but informed me that they had and replaced it that afternoon. The company then Billed us an extra $540 for "Boxing-in the Spa area" and didn't even tell us about it, except when I looked at the next Installment Due. Fortunately, I photographed every step they took, had a Credible Friend who photographed the finished result and took the matter to the Consumer Affairs. Their accountant tried to argue it was a natural disaster, and kept telling us to refer to the contract. However, in the contract it specifically said "not without the written consent" of the Client. Therefore, we refused to pay the Variation and had a Concrete Shell for 6 months. Another thing they subcontracted off was the Plumbing to hook up the pipes to the Filter. My husband actually dug the trenches, so they didn't have to do that labour, and then he criss-crossed the pipes all over the place. The plumber was supposed to go down the other side of the Pool, not where my husband had dug. When the Glass Pebble Quartz people came out, they are also sub-contracted, they left their brooms on the product, causing stains on the glass pebble mix, and when we rang to ask them to repair it, Seasprays fobbed us off to say they couldn't get on to the man. I had all their phone numbers, and contacted them, but they never rectified that matter either. Also inside where the Skimmer Box is, they puttied up with their hands, leaving their fingerprints and lumps. We informed them about that, and they tried to rectify it but only went over the mess they had made. [redacted] One of the original reasons we choose them, was a work colleague also signed up with them, and we were told they would give us 10km FREE for Tipping. The closest tip is 12km away, and the Excavator wore that cost. My husband's former work colleague also billed him up with the Cleaning Costs of his neighbours property, as they left so much mess and destruction.

TIP IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO WITH THEM, CHECK YOUR CONTRACT, DON'T LET THEM DO ANY WORK ON IT WITHOUT YOU PRESENT. COMMUNICATE BY EMAIL. PHOTOGRAPH ALONG THE WAY, [redacted]

I would not recommend this Venue for any School Age Children. I bid on a Silent Auction for our School and the prize was valued at $540 for a Months usage for 2 Kids. However, when I contacted the Centre by Email to see if I could use it towards a Party for one of my Children, the owner was only willing to give me $50 Off. Why sell and value the Membership in the first place. So I then went to check it out, and the place is Run Down, with no real equipment for any School Aged Children. The owner doesn't even live in the area and to commute from the Eastern Suburbs to this venue in the Northern suburbs takes at least 45 minutes. I ended up giving this Voucher away as it a pathetic venue for any older children. Go to a Crocs Centre, Billy Lids or even Lollipop Playland for a better value and Cleaner premises.
