Had Hayran come over to clean the gutters as there as a leak in my bathroom ceiling. He said there are cracked tiles and he fixed that and clean the gutters. Before I could pay him, he leaves and doesn’t even tell me.

Later that night he sends me pictures of the work and I thought it was all done. I asked for an invoice but never got one. The leak got worse in my bathroom, so I called another Tradie to check and the moment he got up there, he saw a 10 cm hole in the tile.

Hayran only fixed what he wanted to and didn’t alert me to the gaping hole that was there. This resulted in at least another 1 week of rain in this wet period causing more damage to my bathroom.

Unprofessional and uncaring. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
