Sincere, helpful, prompt , honest service with polite contact with the customer, at ordering. Photographs of the floral order sent to the customer prior to delivery, along with the message included on a beautiful handmade card. No other florist I have ever used in SA or Victoria has been so attentive and sensitive. They also strive to use locally grown flowers as much as possible. I am very impressed.
