I took my sick pet into the vet and was disappointed by the service the vet provided. The ladies working the front desk were amazing but the vet was very junior and sent me home with a sick pet and an inadequate medical review. And I had to pay full price for her to say she didn't know what was wrong! She was very nice, but needs a few more years in the field. It's a good thing the employees are so friendly and are genuine animal lovers because if they were relaying on their experience the place would be shut  The good news is, I took my pet elsewhere and got appropriate assistance.

I had my eyelashes done here by a nice lady named Tahnya. I didn't have to wait, she was very friendly and did a great job. The location was easy to get to and there was lots of parking across the street.

How could you be disappointed with chocolate? Our chocolaty drinks were great, service was fine, but the place was empty – no one in there. The atmosphere was lacking. It was a bit disappointing after having been to a Max B in Boston, where the place was heaving with chocolate crazed customers. This one has some work to do, but the product is still amazing.

I love this place! It's classy but not pretentious. The drinks are reasonably priced and the food is always good. One of Newcastles' best regulars!

I went to a friend's party today at a local park. There was tea service for about 80 of us. The stuff was great with heaps of different styles of cups and plates. The host rented all the stuff from High Tea 4 Hire and I was amazed to hear how cheap it was! I'm surprised this is the first tea party I've been to! I'm sure there will be more of these parties now.
