No one was able to assist us. The staff were all wandering around aimlessly, leaning on the clothing racks and moving away as we approached, purposely to avoid having to 'assist'. Very lazy attitude to customers, with absolutely no product knowledge what so ever. With a care factor of zero, I am surprised it was recommended to us in the first place! I would not advertise these people through my sporting group that is for sure!

Disappointed Regular Customer. Visited on the weekend for coffee & cake, along with some treats for the children. Staff were giddy and being silly behind the counter. our order was mixed up three times. The staff were too busy planning the night ahead, rather than focusing on the customers. Food was dropped on the floor while the staff were laughing. It was more of a teenage girl's birthday party than anything else. Very disappointing, given the wonderful service received during the week, when there are older, more mature and sensible staff on duty.

Although their books are not always cheaper, the Service always goes above and beyond my expectations as a customer. The staff are always friendly, happy and willing to help, no matter how much time you take up!! please keep up the good work A&R Morayfield. If someone was to look up Exceptional Customer Service in the Dictionary, I am sure that a picture of your staff would appear.

Recently new member. Excellent prices, with great tasting food and service came with a smile each time. Children weren't always reigned in, but this is not the venue's fault, more so on the lack of parental control.

An excellent Martial Arts school promoting self defence, self confidence and self discipline. My two children were experiencing bullying at school and both had low Self Esteem. Three months with Red Dragon and I had two very different children on my hands. Well done to a great team at Red Dragon Martial Arts!
