I had my car serviced by NRMA Motoserve and 5 weeks later the timing chain dislodged and shredded the engine. Turns out they knew about the timing chain issue and didn't tell me. Now they dont want to pay my claim to compensate me for their mistake. They are definateley not the watchdog of the automative industry, they are wolves in sheep's clothing. Shame on you NRMA. Beware people!
