A truely awful experience. Scheduled a cleaning service & they turned up ill prepared ( vacuum cleaners not suitable for timber floors) so cancelled the service & requested a refund. They advised it would be refunded within 3-5 days , 2 weeks later & numerous phone calls & I still haven’t been refunded. Was even advised to check my email spam account for confirmation of payment - seriously the level of professionalism is beyond non existent. Do not go near this company.
