We bought $12,000 odd dollars worth of the 295 decking. I asked for the certificates to substantiate the claimed standards on the website after purchase (oops). The reply was that the certificates for the product in the horizontal plane don't exist so no certification for the decking as claimed on the website. The decking has since cracked, warped and split and Perma timber is denying any warranty claim. It is still sitting in its original packaging in the yard after nearly two years of communication with them, or lack there of in their case, and now they claim that the warranty is void because we didn't use it for its intended purpose, which we would had they been able to provide proof of their their claimed standards to our engineers.

All in all, its nasty Chinese rubbish that's ridiculously expensive and their warranty and certification is non-existent. Do not buy anything from these sharks would be my opinion.
